“For the last 7 months I have been on a journey. Not a weight loss journey, a mindset journey. I got laser focused and revamped my habits. Habits and mindset are my foundation and I never had a solid foundation…a system to retain a stable habit. Laurel Miller Starks started a group called 10,000 steps per day for 66 days straight in December and that triggered my mindset journey. I eliminated all distractions, gave up TV, deleted FB on my phone, read books surrounding mindset & business, spent more time at the gym & outdoors, on my business, with my family/friends, and more importantly, with my husband. By doing all of this everything else happened NATURALLY — the weight came off, my real estate business exploded, my relationships improved, and I embodied confidence & true happiness”
