A company’s culture is hugely important to the millennials who work there — that’s no secret.

It is interesting, however, to see what this sample of more than 4,000 millennials located in 75 countries ranked as their most-valued workplace benefit.

Training and development (22 percent) was followed fairly closely by flexible working hours (19 percent) and cash bonuses (14 percent).
