A new North Shore luxury apartment building will see its first tenants move in next month. These tenants are a mix of millennials, retirees and second homeowners.

NorthShore 770, ushers in its first round of tenants on Jan 15. The Morningside Group and Crossroads Development Partners teamed up on the project. Morningside will remain involved as building managers.

The building provides a convenient location for those who want to be near the city, but not within it. It is located at Skokie Boulevard and Dundee Road, the heart of the North Shore community. It takes 30 minutes on the Edens Expressway to get downtown, and 36 minutes to get to O’Hare. Two Metra stations are a short drive away, and can also transport commuters to the city in half an hour.

Even though North Shore residents already enjoy plentiful shopping options, fine dining and entertainment options, NorthShore 770 includes more than 100,000 square feet of retail space. Residents and neighbors can enjoy five restaurants offering everything from fast food to fine dining. The retail space also includes a dry cleaner and a Mariano’s Fresh Market, among other offerings.

The building offers 32 different floor plans with one- and two- bedroom units, and a 24-hour doorman. That perk makes NorthShore 770 the only apartment building in the area to offer that service. Residents will also find a putting green and golf simulator, fitness center and yoga studio, an outdoor area with fire pits, grilling area and a heated pool. And pets are allowed.
