Zumper recently examined May’s median rent prices of one-bedroom homes in Houston this summer. Here are its findings:

  • Compared to May of last year, the price of both one- and two-bedroom units in Houston have remained flat.
  • Just shy of the $1,900 threshold, The Museum District ($1,890) is the most expensive neighborhood to rent in this summer.
  • Hunter Creek Village, Fourth Ward and Downtown Houston are the next priciest areas.
  • More affordable rentals priced below $600 could be found in areas such as Kashmere Gardens, Pecan Park and Trinity-Houston Gardens.one-bedroom in houston
