Multifamily property investment specialist Carmel Partners announced that Liz Tennican is the new senior vice president of investor relations and marketing. “Liz has a superb 20-year track record as a strategic leader in investor relations, business development and marketing,” said Michael LaHorgue, president of Carmel, in a statement. “We are delighted that she has joined our IR team to work with existing and prospective investors, and lead marketing and communications for Carmel.”

William Raveis Mortgage announced that Michael DeRosa will be the new regional vice president of sales. “Mike brings experience and skills that are critical for our success as we continue to expand our presence in New York,” said Ryan Raveis, executive vice president of William Raveis Mortgage. “Not only has Mike been an integral part of the leadership at well-established mortgage companies, but he also possesses the passion and knowledge necessary to help bring our company to the next level.”

Kreg Allison was unanimously confirmed by the Illinois Senate as the Director of the Division of Real Estate (DRE) for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) recently. “Thank you to the esteemed members of the Illinois Senate for their strong vote of confidence. I look forward to working with the team at IDFPR, legislators, industry associations, licensees, and the public on common sense regulatory reform,” said Allison in a statement.

BRIDGE Housing, a nonprofit developer of affordable housing in San Francisco, has hired Diane Olmstead as its new executive vice president and chief investment officer. “It is a pleasure to welcome Diane to our leadership team,” said Cynthia A. Parker, BRIDGE Housing president and CEO, in a statement. “Her depth of experience will enhance our ability to aggregate capital to fuel BRIDGE’s robust development and acquisitions pipeline along with intensified community development and resident services.”
