Seattle-based real estate technology company, MoxiWorks, announced this week that LiveBy, a solution that provides localized, customer-facing marketing data and content for agents, is the latest member of its MoxiCloud, an omni-channel, “plug-and-play” platform.

Seattle-based real estate technology company, MoxiWorks, announced this week that LiveBy, a solution that provides localized, customer-facing marketing data and content for real estate agents, is the latest member of its MoxiCloud, an omni-channel, “plug-and-play” platform by which brokerages build custom tech-stack solutions from more than 40 curated partners to serve all facets of business.
The software will allow users of MoxiCloud to leverage locally focused “expert” content for websites that aims to identify buyers and sellers months — or even years — ahead of other demand-gen products.
In a press release, LiveBy’s CEO, Cory Scott, said that his company’s community data approach is much more valuable to buyers and sellers than what’s offered by portals.
“ZIP code data is not hyper-local, and consumers do not want to simply understand the radius around an address. They want to learn about and track activity in a particular neighborhood. LiveBy allows for true, up-to-date insights at a micro level and can deliver on any scale of vision,” Scott said.
In addition to general community information, LiveBy’s Neighborhood Pages, which are easily published to existing sites, integrate market trends and visual statistics to compel website visitors to stay on pages and sites longer, which allows more seizing of behavioral feedback.
They can include a wide array of data assets, from photos and commute time averages to local event lists and community boundaries.
“Hyper-local content is now expected by consumers, so having this solution in a brokerage’s tech stack is only getting more and more important,” said Kylah Searing, director of integrations and partnerships at MoxiWorks.
MoxiWorks supports 120,000 agents in 72 brokerages with a portfolio of tools that blanket marketing, outreach, listing presentations, websites and talent management.
LiveBy delivers local data and unique content for all 50 U.S. States, Canada, Bahamas and Cayman Islands. According to the press release, the company provides services to 200 of the top real estate brokerages across North America, four of the leading networks/franchises and 118,000 agents.
