Inside Real Estate has updated its enterprise business and marketing solution BoldTrail with a new way for users to better grasp how the software is improving their operation, Inman learned in a Feb. 12 statement.

The Vitals Dashboard is designed to measure interactions with features as well as with the stakeholders it’s meant to engage.

The software consolidates “performance data into a streamlined, user-friendly format, delivering daily stats, trends, and detailed comparisons, to allow users to quickly gauge key metrics, track progress, and make informed decisions from one interface,” the release stated.

Team leads, brokers and agents can benchmark software use against company performance to illustrate how system adoption overlaps with closings, among other critical findings. Timelines can be juxtaposed, trends uncovered in 30-day or quarterly insights and even marketing efforts more accurately detailed.

Such tools offer budget-conscience or tech-phobic brokers and team leaders dependable data on why software offers a competitive advantage, as opposed to seeing it merely as another expense. It can help them encourage adoption, support recruiting tactics and improve the customer experience.

The Vitals Dashboard offers company leaders a way to analyze individual agent performance with real-time user metrics that peel back how tools are being put to use to respond to leads or react to deal hurdles, for example. Gamification components that rank agents and teams can be put in place to drive competition, with a leaderboard displayed to keep it all front and center.

Email performance, text engagement and call logs are also analyzed, according to Inside Real Estate, offering a hard-data-backed foundation for understanding what clients respond to and how agents put those responses into action.

“Agents and brokers often struggle not just with juggling multiple tools, but with knowing exactly what actions will drive the most engagement with their leads and prospects,” said Julia Laurin, chief product officer at Inside Real Estate, in the statement. “Vitals eliminates the guesswork by surfacing the highest-priority leads and identifying gaps, such as contacts not on campaigns or not receiving market reports, which drive the most engagement.”

BoldTrail provides a series of connected software experiences aimed at shrinking business processes for brokerages. It acquired a number of companies in that effort, and, in becoming BoldTrail from kvCORE, created synchronicity among the many disparate systems.

The result is a more cohesive enterprise application addressing needs in web and direct consumer marketing, customer relationship management, transaction compliance and facilitation, recruiting, accounting, agent onboarding and post-escrow homeowner portals, among other features.

That branding has led to some industry pushback from Keller Williams, which stated in a January lawsuit that it infringes upon its established use of some of the brand’s elements. The issue is being addressed, according to Inside Real Estate.

Legal skirmishes aside, many of Inside Real Estate’s software products are popular across the space, having earned high marks in several Inman reviews for their scalability and broad application to multiple industry needs. The company states it serves close to 400,000 agents, brokerages and teams.
