Led by industry veteran Jennifer Chino, the four-agent team — Chino, Whitney Jerdal, Angela Hays and Ashley Earle — has closed over $400 million in sales, helping clients buy and sell over 500 properties across Annapolis, Severna Park, Eastport and surrounding communities. Their current average listing price sits at $1.7 million.

“As Compass continues to grow our presence in the region, we are delighted to welcome Anchored Home and integrate their luxury market expertise,” Holly Worthington, principal broker for Compass’s DMV region, said in a statement.
Anchored Home specializes in homebuying and selling, investment properties, luxury homes and corporate relocation properties. The team prides itself on three core principles: a passion for client relationships and the architecture of luxury properties; well-rounded marketing of extraordinary properties; and a reputation rooted in trust and integrity.

Chino said the move to Compass was driven both by the firm’s commitment to innovation and a collaborative culture.
“We made the move to Compass because we were intrigued by the technology and drawn to the culture — and it delivered on both fronts,” Chino said. “The technology has helped us streamline operations, improve collaboration, and ultimately serve our clients at an even higher level. Beyond the tools, what we’ve found most valuable is the culture of camaraderie, transparency, and support.”
