Three months after completing the largest local association merger in NAR history, Miami Realtors + RWorld has absorbed another organization, extending the world’s largest local Realtor association across the full length of Southeast Florida.
The association has merged with Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast (MCRTC), the two organizations announced on Friday, folding the roughly century-old group into a single association and MLS.
The deal pushes membership to approximately 94,000 across a five-county footprint spanning nearly 120 miles up Florida’s southeast coast and including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties.
It’s the second merger in just over two months for the combined entity, which formed on May 11 when the Miami Association of Realtors and Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors (RWorld) united roughly 93,000 members.
That earlier deal was billed as the largest and fastest local association-and-MLS merger in the history of the National Association of Realtors. The addition of Martin County continues a consolidation streak with no obvious endpoint, as leadership signaled more deals may follow.
“As we look to the future, we will continue bringing together outstanding Realtor organizations that share our commitment to member success,” said Co-CEO Dionna Hall.

Dionna Hall
Hall framed the strategy around scale: more data, more innovation, stronger advocacy and greater opportunities “than any one association could provide alone.”
For members, the immediate draw is data.
The merger gives the association what it calls the most complete South Florida MLS dataset and cements its position as the nation’s third-largest MLS.
Members gain access to both the Flexmls and Matrix platforms, free IDX feeds from both MIAMI MLS and BeachesMLS, and more than 11 data-sharing partnerships aimed at expanding exposure for listings.
The consolidation directly targets the fragmented-data problem that has long defined the South Florida market, where agents previously had to buy separate IDX feeds from multiple organizations to see the full picture.
Founded in 1926, Martin County Realtors brings nearly a century of history and its weekly Market Watch program into the fold. CEO Janet O’Brien said members backed the deal with “overwhelming support,” citing expanded resources and a stronger regional presence.

Miami Realtors + RWorld Co-CEO Teresa King Kinney called the combined territory a single market: “From Miami-Dade to St. Lucie, a nearly 120-mile real estate corridor, we are one.”
The enlarged association now serves a region of nearly 7 million residents through 15 offices, offering more than 2,800 education programs annually, over 300 products and services, and more than 300 global partnerships.
