The team, run by duo Chris and Meredith Marti, has been open for nine years. The Martis also own two real estate tech companies.

Keller Williams has added another multimillion-dollar team to its ranks, with the Marti Realty Group joining the franchisor’s Keller Williams City-View brokerage in San Antonio.

“We’re proud to welcome Marti Realty Group to KW, where our technology, education and nationwide network will help accelerate an already exceptional business while creating even greater opportunities for affiliated agents,” President of Company Owned Regions Wendi Harrelson said in a written statement. “KW is the place where entrepreneurs thrive, and I couldn’t be more excited to make their platform, models and systems accessible to our KW family.”

Chris and Meredith Marti have been in the industry for more than a decade, with Meredith working as an experienced real estate photographer and Chris working in sales since 2015.

Before the Marti Realty Group, the duo founded two companies — New Home Buddy and Numouve — the first geared toward streamlining new-home search and lead generation for agents and builders, and the latter focused on buy-before-you-sell and cash-offer solutions powered by Homeward.

“We didn’t join KW simply to grow our team,” Chris said in a prepared statement. “We joined because KW believes in entrepreneurship, has unmatched scale and a culture that supports everything we believe.”

The Martis said they plan to scale their businesses nationally, with the help of KW.

“We’ve built an incredible business independently, but we reached a point where the next stage of growth required us to live as Gary [Keller] does — thinking big, acting bold and succeeding through others,” Meredith said. “That’s exactly what we’re going to do, and that’s who KW truly is.”

Keller Williams has been on a recruitment tear this year, attracting multimillion- and multibillion-dollar brokerages and teams in key markets across the U.S.

In July, the franchisor acquired the 1,200-agent Jason Mitchell Group in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The brokerage closed nearly $5.9 billion in sales volume across more than 12,300 transaction sides in 2025, with KW CEO Chris Czarnecki saying the company was impressed by JMG’s lead-generation strategy.

Czarnecki said consolidation has made it difficult for smaller and mid-sized brokerages to compete, and KW sees the opportunity to acquire or recruit brokerages in that category, giving them the tools and support to better navigate a persistently tough market.

“I do think it is harder to be in the middle,” Czarnecki told Inman. “You’ve got to keep pushing, you’ve got to keep investing, and you’ve got to have the capital to do it.”
