MoxiWorks and Cloze are letting real estate agents stop choosing between the two artificial-intelligence-powered platforms.
The companies announced Wednesday that MoxiWorks’ RISE native-AI relationship intelligence platform now integrates directly with Cloze, automatically syncing contacts and activity between the two systems so agents running both no longer have to enter the same client data twice.
The integration connects Cloze’s AI-driven contact intelligence with RISE’s campaign, presentation and automation tools. Once synced, an agent’s Cloze contacts become available inside RISE for outreach and follow-up, while RISE activity feeds back into Cloze’s engine to keep a single, unified record of each relationship.
MoxiWorks says the sync is agent-controlled, as users decide which contacts sync and when, rather than the system exporting everything by default. MoxiWorks says new and updated Cloze contacts can flow into RISE automatically and vice versa, keeping both platforms aligned without manual exports or duplicate records.
“If you’re running Cloze and RISE side by side, you shouldn’t have to think about which system has the latest version of a contact,” Principal Product Manager, Integrations at MoxiWorks, Krista Hannahs, said in a statement. “Now you don’t have to. Your Cloze contacts show up in RISE automatically, ready for campaigns, presentations, automations, and follow-up, with nothing to manage but the relationship itself.”
The move extends MoxiWorks’ push to position RISE as an open ecosystem platform rather than a closed CRM competing for the same workflows agents already have elsewhere.
Cloze joins a list of RISE integrations that already includes a two-way Canva connection, MoxiWorks’ Evocalize-powered ad platform Promote and RateMyAgent. MoxiWorks said transaction management integrations are next on the roadmap, with more announcements expected before year’s end.
Cloze, whose client roster includes Baird & Warner, Brown Harris Stevens, Sotheby’s International Realty, William Raveis and Windermere, framed the deal in similar terms.
“We built Cloze to find the business hiding in an agent’s contacts, the referral, the repeat client, the deal about to happen,” Alex Coté, co-founder and CMO at Cloze, said. “That intelligence relies on a unified view of each and every client, pulled from all the tools an agent uses. We’re glad to see MoxiWorks building on that with this integration, contacts and activities are shared, so agents get the benefit of both platforms without doing extra work.”
The integration is live now for agents, offices and brokerages using both platforms in all markets MoxiWorks serves, including the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the U.K.
