Two New York luxury teams have left The Agency One Rock to join Christie’s International Real Estate New York, the brokerage told Inman in an exclusive announcement Friday.
The Daniel Kramp Team and Morrel Hirsch & Advisors Team bring 18 people to the brokerage, according to the announcement.

“Welcoming the Daniel Kramp Team and Morrel Hirsch & Advisors Team is an exciting step in the growth of Christie’s International Real Estate New York,” Kevelyn Guzman, the firm’s regional vice president, said in the announcement.
Broker Daniel Kramp has close to $1 billion in career sales and ranked among the top 1.5 percent of U.S. agents in RealTrends rankings from 2021 to 2025, according to the company. His team includes agents Jason Naranjo, Amy Carlozzi and Connor Woods and executive assistant Zuzana Kay.
Howard Morrel and Leslie Hirsch, business partners for more than 20 years, lead the 11-agent Morrel Hirsch & Advisors team. They have more than $3.5 billion in transactions and have sold more than 400 homes along 57th Street and Billionaires’ Row, according to the company. Their deals include the sale of Halston House to fashion designer Tom Ford and the sale of the Sullivan Estate in Southampton for about $58 million.
The team will also continue to serve as the trusts and estates division for the brokerage’s parent brand, handling estate and trust property sales and valuations, according to the announcement.

“Our business has always been relationship-driven,” Morrel said in the announcement. “We represent buyers and sellers across New York, while also advising families, fiduciaries and professional advisors on highly complex real estate matters.”
Christie’s International Real Estate New York is a company-owned brokerage under Compass International Holdings. It launched in September with 120 agents from the former Coldwell Banker Warburg team.
The Agency One Rock is a former affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate New York, according to the announcement.
