Once the “wow factor” of drones fades, it should be easier to stay focused on why they’re so great for real estate: A drone is a camera platform that can tell a story about a listing that previously couldn’t be told. That’s according to Matt Murphy, founder and president of Boston Virtual Imaging, who is also optimistic that the regulations governing the commercial use of drones will become much more clear in 2014.
