As we round the bend on 2015, you should be seriously setting goals for the new year. And if you’re like most agents, your goal should be to meet or beat your production goals for 2015.

One of your best resources for this is your center of influence, or COI, or those people in your life that you assume will choose you as their real estate agent when the time comes.
