Houston residential developer Surge Homes reached $12.3 million in sales over the last 90 days, according to a statement from the company. The two newest communities scheduled for completion later this year, Upper Richton and Parc at Midtown, pushed Surge Homes sales in Houston over the recent months.

“We are impressed by the sustained velocity of our sales and are responding by building as fast as we can,” Ben Lemieux, co-owner of Surge Homes, said in a statement. “We want to make sure our homeowners are able to enjoy their new homes as soon as possible.”

Upper Richton sold 55 percent of inventory within a 90-day timeframe ending in May. The $8.2 million Houston residential community with nine single-family homes and four attached townhomes is located in the upscale Upper Kirby District. Three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residences in the community start at $609,000, offering between 2,273 and 2,532 square feet.

Upper Richton is a block away from the Kirby Collection, a retail, restaurant and luxury residential development from New York-based Thor Equities.

Another under-construction Houston residential community from Surge, Parc at Midtown sold 50 percent of its inventory in the same three-month period. The $22 million development offers European-inspired homes priced from $172,300 to $430,260.

Located at 2401 Crawford St. in Midtown, Parc at Midtown is a mix of 80 condos, penthouses and two-story townhomes. The Hadley Building, which houses the property’s Sky Townhomes and condominiums, is already 79 percent sold.

One of Parc at Midtown’s highlighted amenities is its adjacent 5,000 square foot exclusive park, of which six out of the 22 townhomes provide direct access to. Those townhomes have interiors spanning 1,530 square feet and fenced yards.
