During Inman Connect Las Vegas, three brokerages shared their recruiting strategies and best practices that you can apply to your business.

“If you’re not growing as a company, you’re basically dying.” Alan Atchley, broker and owner of Atchley Properties shared those strong feelings during a panel at Inman Connect Las Vegas.

Talent attraction and recruiting is one of the most important things an owner and manager of a real estate brokerage can do,” he continued.

During the panel, Atchley, along with Lisa Sundberg of Kendrick Realty and Jasen Randell of Reliance Real Estate Service, shared insight into his recruiting playbook and discussed best practices that any brokerage can apply.

“You have to define the type of brokerage that you want to be, which will define the type of agent that you want to have,” Randell said. “Build the culture inward, outward.”
