As the founder of Witly, a client generation software, Grant Wise’s job is to help people understand how to build client generation systems in their businesses. At Inman Connect Las Vegas, he shared tactical advice for agents to grow their email subscribers and client list.
“If you will commit that, you will use this information,” Wise said, “by tomorrow, you will have a new client.”
First and foremost, Wise believes the first step to a more robust client list is through Facebook. “The single greatest thing you can do is run Facebook ads,” he said. He shared his Facebook ad strategy that will help generate names, emails phone numbers, and sometimes physical addresses, and then went on to answer the question that everyone asks: “What do I say when I have these leads?”
