A couple of weeks ago, Jimmy Burgess shared “7 strategies that died in 2024 (but agents keep doing them).” From door knocking to waiting around for interest rates to drop, it was a great list of examples for what not to do now.

So last week, we asked you to make your own list: Which marketing strategies need to die in 2025? Unfortunately, not a whole lot of you weighed in, so we’ve added Burgess’ list into the mix below, along with your answers.
