Keller Williams has opened its 11th Caribbean master franchise in the Cayman Islands, according to an announcement on Tuesday. Regional Operating Principal Adam Sax will oversee KW’s rollout, with the first market center office slated to open during the second quarter of 2025.

Before joining Keller Williams, Sax spent 25 years as a brokerage owner, international real estate developer, and investor with One Click Homes, Costa Rica Estates and Royal LePage West Realty Group. The Toronto native also has extensive tech experience with Defiant Labs and Droneify, two ventures focused on drone software and development.
