In May 2016, Black Knight showed the metro home price index value at $400,000, up 0.9 percent month-over-month and 2.4 percent year-over-year.

In May 2016, Black Knight showed the national home price index value at $263,000, up 1.1 percent month-over-month and 5.4 percent year-over-year.
