Zumper recently examined median rent prices of one-bedroom homes in Houston heading into the fall. Here are its findings:

  • The Museum District, Downtown Houston and Hunter Creek Village have been the most expensive areas to rent in this fall.
  • Mid-range priced rentals priced under $1,000 could be found around the Greater Fifth Ward, Spring Branch East and Lawndate–Wayside.
