Fans know Wilson from hit HGTV shows like Masters of Flip and Making It Home, where she flipped over 150 homes and transformed spaces with custom designs and renovations. Now, she’s joining eXp Realty to expand her business nationwide — a move the brokerage is fully behind.
At eXp, Wilson will specialize in luxury properties, staging, relocation, new construction and vacation homes in Nashville, Tennessee.

Leo Pareja | eXp Realty CEO
“Kortney’s expertise in real estate and design, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, makes her a perfect fit for eXp,” eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja said in a statement. “We are thrilled to support her as she scales her business globally.”
Beyond growing her own brand, she’s also eager to offer support to other agents and leverage eXp’s global network to connect with more clients.
“Everything I’ve done — from music to television to marketing — has led me to this point,” Wilson said. “I want to bring confidence to my sellers, showing them that I bring something unique to the table. My job as a designer on HGTV has always been to increase home values, and now I get to apply that expertise directly to my clients.”
Despite the major move to eXp, real estate isn’t her only focus. Wilson is also expanding her brand with her Kort & Co. furniture line; a new television show, Life Is Messy; and a new podcast, The Sh*t Stick of Life.
Before making a name for herself in home design, Wilson pursued a career in country music under the name Kortney Kayle, releasing singles “Don’t Let Me Down” and “Unbroken by You.” She has even made appearances on the soap opera One Life to Live. Eventually, she transitioned into real estate and home renovation, gaining national recognition on Masters of Flip, where she and her now-ex-husband, Dave Wilson, renovated and sold homes in Nashville.
