When every lead counts, having the right marketing tools can make all the difference in building relationships, staying visible and closing more deals. With 2025 underway, we wanted to know: What marketing tools are you absolutely loving this year?

- Too many agents are forced to resort to marketing to make up for the opportunity to go over and above for clients during the transaction. In my experience, if you are doing things for your clients that leave them saying “I didn’t realize Realtors did that,” then you’re on your way to building a referral network that requires little or no encouragement to send you referrals. The challenge is that most agents don’t want to work that hard, or don’t realize opportunities that they are letting pass during each transaction.
