Luxury focused brokerage SERHANT. has embarked on its first move westward with its expansion into Phoenix, Arizona, the firm announced on Monday.
The brokerage was founded in New York City in 2020 by Ryan Serhant and has expanded across the East Coast over the past few years. Its entrance into Arizona marks the firm’s first foray outside of that territory.

“Expanding nationally has always been a goal for SERHANT., but it has been an organic journey, not a race to be the biggest or the fastest for the sake of being big or fast,” Serhant, who is also the brokerage’s CEO, said in a statement.
“Our focus is on aligning with people who share our vision and are committed to pushing boundaries and redefining the real estate industry through innovation and game-changing technology. Our momentum in the West is just the beginning, and we’re excited to grow our ‘SerFam’ and open SERHANT. Arizona with such an accomplished and dynamic group of entrepreneurs.”
The new market is launching with over 50 agents who represent more than $500 million in sales volume over the past 12 months and who will offer more than 100 listings at launch.
SERHANT. Arizona is led by designated broker Todd Lee and is starting off with founding agents Mike Santistevan, Mary Jo Santistevan and Ceejay Cesiel of The Santistevan Group; Stephanie Bray of The Bray Team; Paulina Matteson; and Lesley McGee and Dan Ward of Fine Homes Group.
Lee has been practicing in the industry for more than two decades. He most recently was the designated broker for Epique Realty and prior to that, served as a managing broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties.

Mary Jo and Mike Santistevan have been in the industry for 18 years and bring a combined career sales volume of $933 million to the firm. Last year, The Santistevan Group closed $94 million in sales and ranked as the No. 1 team in Phoenix at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties.
McGee and Ward of Fine Homes Group also come from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties, and in 2024, were named the top team in North Scottsdale with more than $50 million in sales.
Bray is another addition from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties and has closed more than $100 million in career transactions over the course of 17 years. Bray has been a Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors 40 Under 40 honoree four times and has also received the association’s Residential Realtor of the Year award.
Matteson joins SERHANT. Arizona from Realty One Group. Since becoming a licensed agent in 2015, she has developed a specialization in luxury residential sales and new construction.

SERHANT. now has more than 1,000 agents located across New York, Florida, Connecticut, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona.
