Since moving into Florida in 2023, luxury brokerage SERHANT. has found a solid footing in Miami, Orlando and Naples, and told Inman it has now brought on some key leaders to the region to shepherd further growth.
Tiffany McQuaid | SERHANT.
Top Naples producer Tiffany McQuaid, who previously led the indie brokerage McQuaid & Company as president and broker, is joining SERHANT. as regional director of Strategy and Performance. In this newly created role, McQuaid will spearhead brokerage growth initiatives, working to expand the firm’s presence throughout Southwestern Florida.
With the move, about 35 agents and staff formerly affiliated with McQuaid & Company will join SERHANT. During the 13 years that McQuaid led the firm, McQuaid & Company agents closed nearly $2 billion in transactions across South Florida and gained a reputation for having some of the highest production volume per agent in Naples.
When SERHANT. first launched in Florida in 2023, the firm had about 50 agents. Today, with these additions, it has reached 240 agents.

The brokerage’s new development division in Florida has also grown rapidly since its launch, which has spurred some strategic hires and promotions this year. SERHANT. New Development Florida is the exclusive sales and marketing partner for Mercedes-Benz Places Miami, the first-ever Mercedes-Benz-branded residential project in North America. The project’s second tower launched sales this week. The firm also leads sales and marketing for One Fort Myers, the first new luxury condo project in the area in about the last 20 years.

Gabby Valle has joined SERHANT. in the new role of vice president of marketing within the new development division. Valle is based in Miami, where she most recently served as director of marketing at Fortune International Group. Her new development marketing projects have included The St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, which achieved a $3 billion sellout, and the Ritz-Carlton Residences, also in Sunny Isles Beach, with an $850 million sellout.

SERHANT. New Development Florida has also promoted Monica Martinez, who has been with the firm for about one year, to vice president of international sales. Martinez has sold more than $1 billion in luxury real estate over the course of her 13-year career and has worked on notable projects like Bellini in Williams Island and Miami luxury condo building Okan Tower. As her career has developed, Martinez has also established strategic relationships across a network of international brokers throughout Latin America.
Additionally, Natalie Mery has been hired as a sales executive for the firm’s Florida new development division. Mery’s resume includes work at PMG Residential and Cervera Real Estate, with a specialization in pre-construction sales, investment properties and high-rise residential projects. Her sales projects have included Miami’s Waldorf Astoria and The Elser Residences.
