Industry veteran Brad Loe has joined the Corcoran Group from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties, the brokerage has informed Inman.

Loe will lead Corcoran’s Chelsea Flatiron office in Manhattan as senior managing director and will report to Ryan Fitzpatrick, the firm’s regional vice president for Manhattan and South Florida.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brad to Corcoran,” Corcoran Group President and CEO Pamela Liebman said in a statement. “He brings an outstanding track record, a wealth of experience and a reputation as a highly respected leader. I’m confident our agents will thrive under his guidance and achieve even greater success.”
Steven James, President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties, said the firm wishes Loe well in his new position.
“We are sad to see Brad go but we are thankful for his time with us and wish him all the best in his new position,” James said in an email to Inman.
Loe’s most recent appointment was as executive vice president and director of sales at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties. Prior to that, he served as executive manager of sales at Douglas Elliman’s flagship and Upper West Side offices, and before that, served as a broker and sales manager at Fox Residential Group. He has more than two decades of industry experience under his belt.

Over the years, Loe has developed a track record for strategic recruitment and helping agents develop their skills, as well as a collaborative leadership style.
Loe grew up outside of Chicago and is a graduate of Indiana University.
