Janice Lee has been involved in real estate for fourteen years and is in the top 1% of all San Francisco Bay Area residential real estate agents in terms of sales and completed over 350 transactions. She is Top 23 Coldwell Banker San Francisco Peninsula Agent, #1 Agent in her Sunset office and ranked #14 Nationwide with the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Janice Lee graduated from Mount Holyoke College Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations and Asian Studies. Since graduation, she has taken Management, Import/Export and Real Estate courses. Janice has also acted as a principal and has bought and sold numerous homes, including horizontal extensions, conversion of a multi-unit building to condos, investment properties, built brand new construction and consults homeowners, flippers and investors in renovation designs that add value in order to increase their return on investment.
