Yesterday, we dug into an Inman survey to examine the first big barrier that technology vendors face when trying to meet the needs and wants of the real estate agents they served. That barrier was industry fragmentation, but it wasn’t the only (or the biggest) challenge that technology vendors must overcome.

Listening to customer feedback and what customers really want can be a challenge, but it is a critical exercise for any technology vendor that hopes to build a delightful product that scales and “wows” customers. And there are also many challenges that technology vendors face in trying to provide agents with the items on their wish list.
