Anthony Lolli’s Rapid Realty has made quite a splash on the real estate scene.
Since launching as a franchisor in 2009, the New York-based company now has offices located in cities including Boston, Philadelphia, Miami and San Diego.
But Rapid Realty’s unique business culture is what’s turned the most heads. More than 50 Rapid Realty employees have had themselves tattooed with the company’s logo — an act of loyalty that Lolli, the brand’s CEO, rewards with a steep raise.
Also setting it apart, the company focuses solely on rentals and uses an “assembly line” approach where multiple agents working in specialized roles help close a single deal.
