Green shares how he built a niche website for a large and growing neighborhood that’s only a mile from his office. In 2015, that one niche website generated 19 sales at an average price of $400,000 for Green’s team, and it will generate millions of dollars in commission to them over the coming years.

In the full episode, we also went deep into how Green structures and leads his team, including why he went away from the traditional model and allowed all his agents to work with buyers and sellers. 

Green explained the initial dip in listings they went through and how he pulled them out of it through great training and support for his agents. The result is that Green is no longer required in production and is not at risk of one listing partner leaving and forcing him back into production.
