Inman is excited to announce Hacker Connect, a day-long event created by and for the real estate technology community, taking place Monday, January 16, at Inman Connect in New York City.
Join engineers, developers, designers, product managers, database architects, webmasters and technology executives from across the country for a deep real estate technology dive.
Hand-curated by the Hacker Connect Advisory Committee, made up of the leading tech experts in real estate, the day will be an opportunity to debate, discuss, collaborate and define real estate’s most pressing technology issues.
Molly Sauter, author of the The Coming Swarm, will open with provoking talk on DDOS (distributed denial of service) attacks, hacktivism and civil disobedience on the internet.
Industry leaders will cover a wide range of topics throughout the day, including:
- Bots and messaging platforms
- Data security, ownership and privacy
- User experience
- Instant offers, virtual showings and closings
- Data standards
In the afternoon, attendees are invited to roll up their sleeves and take part in collaboration sessions designed to tackle tough issues and come out with strategies for addressing real estate’s most pressing technology pain points.
The day will conclude with an open forum for attendees followed by a networking party at a landmark New York pub (beer pong optional).
The gathering is a rare opportunity to build a bond and grow connections across companies and organizations, learn about best practices, innovations, breakthroughs, and discover new opportunities through collaboration.
Hacker Connect will take place on Monday, January 16, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Marquis Marriott in New York City as part of Inman Connect New York. Tickets are $299 per person or $249 with the purchase of a full Inman Connect conference pass.
