RE/MAX Alliance, Colorado’s top brand franchise, has rolled out Buyside, a web-data analysis platform that helps agents find more listings.

Buyside, a marketing platform that leverages buyer data captured across the internet on behalf of real estate agents, has announced in a press release that its technology has been deployed by RE/MAX Alliance, the largest RE/MAX affiliate in Colorado and one of the top 15 largest brokerages in the country by annual sales volume.

The software allows real estate brokerages to more accurately identify listing leads through in-depth analysis of online home-shopping behavior from heavily trafficked real estate destinations.

In practice, the software uses that data to appeal to sellers, who it captures using an array of website marketing tactics, such as home valuations, buyer heat maps and profiles of “featured buyers” to demonstrate prospective interest in a specific home.

Homesincolorado.com, RE/MAX Alliance’s primary web presence, has already rolled out the features.

Buyside stated in the press release that the “data driven platform from Buyside will generate additional listing opportunities for the brokerage and help facilitate faster, more efficient transactions, giving RE/MAX Alliance’s 800+ sales professionals a significant competitive advantage.”

Chad Ochsner, broker-owner of RE/MAX Alliance, said this kind of technology will help bring together buyers and sellers and that agents can quickly benefit.

Buyside also provides a number of agent outreach tools to help in its presentation of services to leads, such as buyer market reports to explore pricing scenarios and realistic home values based on multiple online evaluations. On the backend, Buyside offers an administrative interface for matching buyers to specific listings.

RE/MAX Alliance has more than 800 commercial and residential agents in 24 offices throughout the greater Denver area.
