Jeff Glover has sold his ownership stakes in three Keller Williams market centers across Michigan, clearing the way to focus on his real estate team and coaching organization, Glover U.

Jeff Glover, founder of Live Unreal Companies, has sold his ownership stakes in three Keller Williams market centers across Michigan, the company announced Tuesday. Glover served as majority owner and operating principal at all three locations.

The sale lets Glover turn his attention to his real estate team, Glover Agency, and his coaching organization, Glover U, which the company describes as North America’s fastest-growing coaching and training organization for real estate agents and leaders. Live Unreal Companies said the move supports Glover U’s broker-agnostic approach to serving professionals across the U.S. and Canada.

The three market centers combined closed nearly $1 billion in sales volume in 2025, the company said. Under Glover’s ownership, the group moved from the bottom half to a top-three Keller Williams market center in metro Detroit for profitability and a top-three brokerage of any brand in the region for sales volume.

At Great Lakes, where Glover marked his 10-year anniversary this year, the market center expanded into the Grosse Pointe market and shifted from a buyer-focused model to a listing-focused one, growing its listing-side business from under 30 percent to just over 50 percent of total transactions. Kalamazoo, which Glover acquired seven years ago, moved from a strip-mall location into a standalone building he also purchased and climbed from fifth to second in market share for sales volume in Kalamazoo County by late 2025.

Glover’s ownership history with Keller Williams dates to 2013, though he joined the company in 2009 and connected that year with co-founder Gary Keller. He built what Live Unreal Companies calls Michigan’s No. 1 homeselling team for 11 of the past 13 years across all brands, and grew his ownership stakes across three market centers representing more than 500 agents.

“Gary Keller took a chance on me back in 2009, opening a door that shaped a meaningful part of my career,” Glover said. “Selling these ownership positions is about focusing my energy on where I can create the most value going forward.”

Glover remains an active Keller Williams agent and team owner.

The divestiture follows a wave of turnover at Keller Williams’ corporate level. Gary Keller stepped back amid a broader corporate restructuring, and Mark Willis moved from CEO and president to the newly created role of chief leadership officer, Inman previously reported.

In July, the company appointed five leaders to its growth and strategy teams under CEO Chris Czarnecki, and longtime executive Jay Papasan stepped down as vice president of strategic content on Aug. 1.
