As seen in the tool above, the weeks of Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day holidays see one-week drops roughly half as large as the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, followed by an immediate bounce-back a week later.
Other holidays — from MLK Day in January to Columbus Day in October — have little to no effect on pending sales, according to an Inman review of the Zillow data.
