Brad Boyd has over 13 years of experience advising clients in business, real estate and contract matters. Brad’s extensive experience advising and operating businesses allows him to offer pragmatic advice, balancing the legal and business framework in which business decision-makers operate. His practice is predominantly focused in guiding and advising business and corporate clients, particularly those engaged in the business of real estate (real estate brokerage and property management companies, agents, Realtor® associations, and the like).
