Nikki Beauchamp is an award winning multi-lingual luxury global real estate advisor known for her expert command of the New York City real estate market and understanding its intricate intersection with the national and international real estate markets , utilized to craft bespoke strategies for a wide range of clientele, from first time home buyers & sellers to savvy international and institutional investors and family offices. Nikki came to real estate sales almost twenty years ago after a successful career in technology & finance, including starting and acquiring startups, and continues to consult with select clients and alums of her beloved alma mater, NYU. She is often quoted in the media and has been a speaker at Inman Connect and Luxury Connect, and other events around the world. She is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, severing on several committees. She is currently Co-Chair of the New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) Executive Commitee , a past member of the Residential Brokerage Division Board of Directors, and as past Co-Chair of the Residential Sales Council. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the East Midtown Partnership. In between working with clients and giving back to the community, Nikki and her dog Hudson running around NYC and the world.
