Mr. Meyer was born and raised in the curiously complex Illinois-Wisconsin state line market. Luxury vacation homes just around the bend from high volume agricultural properties woven together with a charming, historically rich, small community infrastructure; this market requires a real estate professional to be remarkably agile. Throughout his childhood Mr. Meyer’s role in the globaly successful, locally operated, Meyer Family holstien breeding business demanded he work closely with all types from grunts to gurus. His traditional rural work ethics collided with his exposure to trend-setting global marketing methods. He crafted a proprietary system that serves home buyers and sellers resulting in over $40 Million in residential sales and a position in the top 3 agents in the first quarter of 2017 out of over 1,000 Realtor's at just 26 years old. Mr. Meyer is uncommonly good at infusing progressive components into a traditional marketplaces. This has gotten him noticed: Milwaukee Magazine’s Up and Coming Realtor’s to “Watch For”, feature agent on the cover of Top Agent Magazine, Josh Flagg’s pick for Bravo’s Milion Dollar Listing TV series mentorship, and a 50 finalist for Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30. Breaking into the real estate market during the recession while simultaneously overcoming the disadvantage of limited resources in small town is noteworthy. Mr. Meyer’s personal story of pioneering a professional path outside the family business is wrought with challenges and has all the elements of a T.V. mini series. His experiences fueled an intense passion for evolving professional opportunities for youth in his community. When he isn’t busy using his secret sauce to serve his real estate clients he is founding scholarships, supporting RPAC, working to further educaion and ethics trainig for new agents, serving on local Boards, speaking publicly, and working for community causes.
