Whitney has also grown a mission-driven team built on precision, trust, and flexibility, with a broader goal of making it approachable for homeowners to thoughtfully add housing that expands flexibility and potential for their communities.
Before SnapADU, Whitney held senior real estate and operations leadership roles in the New York City metropolitan area, serving as Vice President of Business Operations & Development at Glendale Ridge Development (2018–2021) and Managing Partner at Roost & Rise (2017–2021), a residential real estate investment firm focused on properties with expansion potential in Northern New Jersey.
Whitney's earlier career includes nearly six years at Bain & Company, where he progressed from Consultant to Senior Practice Area Consultant in Performance Improvement, working across the Copenhagen and New York City markets. He also spent over four years at McMaster-Carr in Princeton, NJ, advancing from Operations Supervisor to Operations Manager, and began his career in project management and sales roles at o.s.Earth Inc. and Seamless.com.
