Eight months after introducing Zillow Pro, the portal is making the artificial-intelligence-powered integrated product suite available nationwide.
Zillow Pro bundles Follow Up Boss, My Agent and Agent Profiles and supercharges them with exclusive Zillow data and artificial intelligence to enhance agents’ customer relationships by providing real-time insights into their database’s search activity and signaling when a contact is ready to become a client.
Pro also expands Follow Up Boss’s My Agent feature, which enables agents to see their Zillow leads’ home searches and appear as the only buyer agent contact on those listings. The agent and consumer determine how long to keep the connection, with the shortest connection period lasting 30 days. The platform also allows agents to invite any lead — whether they found them on Zillow or not — to share their search activity through My Agent.
Pro also offers premium profiles that enable agents to highlight recent sales, embed a media slideshow or video, and brand their profiles with team colors and logos. And lastly, Zillow Pro gives agents the option to purchase Zillow Showcase on a listing-by-listing basis and receive priority access to previously sold-out Zillow Premier ZIP codes.

“Real estate runs on relationships, and we see time and again the agents who win are the ones who show up at the right moment with the right information,” Zillow SVP of Product Cynthia Taylor said in a press release. “Now any agent can have the tools and visibility to do that across their entire business.”
The portal said nearly 20,000 agents have used Zillow Pro in its beta version and that testing has yielded promising outcomes for agents and their clients — buyers working with Zillow Pro agents are 80 percent more likely to meet with their agent face-to-face and 50 percent more likely to move forward in their search.
Zillow has also expanded Zillow Pro’s capabilities since October, adding a new “Likely to List” feature that identifies properties in an agent’s existing Follow Up Boss database most likely to come to market soon. Agent Profiles have also been upgraded, with users now receiving reports on their most engaged contacts, including personalized outreach suggestions based on past interactions and conversations.
Also, in supported multiple listing service (MLS) markets, agents can search listings, share properties with buyers using branded links and track engagement without leaving Follow Up Boss.
“This is our commitment to helping agents get more out of the platform where their clients are browsing, dreaming and planning,” Taylor said.
Zillow Pro’s national debut comes on the heels of the portal’s annual Summer Launch, which included a new homebuyer hub and broader access to Zillow Preview, Zillow Home Loans Verified Pre-Approval and collaborative home shopping.
Zillow requested a preliminary injunction in its court battle with Midwest Real Estate Data and Compass, as the portal fights to maintain access to Chicagoland MLS’s listing feed while a larger antitrust case proceeds. The judge has yet to rule after a two-day hearing last week.
Zillow Chief Industry Development Officer Errol Samuelson spent the first day of the hearing defending the portal’s Listing Access Standards and technology suite, primarily Zillow Preview.
Samuelson said Zillow’s goal is to “get to the listing first” and provide broad access within MLS regulations, pointing to the portal’s pre-marketing platform as an answer to closed private listing networks. “We like to think of it almost like a trailer for a movie,” he said. “So the movie is going to open next week. You can’t buy tickets for it right now, but you can buy a ticket for next week, but it’s to try and create that momentum before the listing hits the market.”
Still, Zillow is bullish about its ever-expanding tech offerings, with CEO Jeremy Wacksman saying in a first-quarter 2026 earnings call that Pro and its other AI-powered tools will make the company “indispensable.”
“Zillow’s integrated platform is delivering meaningful value for buyers, sellers, renters and real estate professionals alike,” he said. “We’re embedding AI throughout the real estate experience in ways that make Zillow increasingly indispensable, and we’re innovating with speed and intention.”
