Benny Kass is a practicing attorney in Washington, DC and in Maryland and is senior member of Kass, Mitek & Kass, PLLC. He has a degree from Northwestern Medill School of Journalism, a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, and a Masters in Law from George Washington University Law School. He served as a public member of the National Advertising Review Board, and is a Charter Member of the Community Association Institute Law College.
