I have been a real estate agent in northwest Philadelphia and the nearby suburbs for the past 18 years--proud to be chosen as a 5 STAR Agent in Philadelphia Magazine. I am passionate about green building and making homes more energy efficient. Homes use 1/5 of the energy in the US. Yet most homes are only 65% efficient--with drafts, hot + cold rooms. Green homes are healthier + more comfortable. I was born in Miami Beach, FL, graduated from Boston University. I lived in Los Angeles, CA for many years, where I was a radio reporter and then in lovely Lexington, VA. before moving to Philadelphia.
