He dives deep into how you can make a million dollars or take your million-dollar real estate business to multi-million dollar levels.
If you missed this podcast with JV Crum III, who became a self-made entrepreneur millionaire in his 20s, then you can listen to it now.
In the post below, we’ll scratch the surface on what he covered so you can start down the road to becoming a real estate millionaire.
3 success factors to become a real estate millionaire
If you want to make a million dollars in real estate commissions or have even loftier goals, then you need to start focusing your energy on the following three success factors.
1. Foster the right mindset
You must start the day with a goal and the mindset that you will achieve that goal. And remember, your mindset also includes negative thoughts and perspectives that no longer serve you and create a ceiling on your success.
You must constantly focus your mindset on breaking that ceiling and moving to a new playing field.
Do you want to wallow in your comfort zone or accelerate your success in the fast growth zone? Have a mindset that is willing to let go of the past, embrace the present and always look toward the future.
This mindset allows you to offer more to your clients and impact your clients at a higher level.
2. Create the proper systems
Everything you do must be part of a system and easily replicated. This even includes your success strategy for becoming a real estate millionaire.
For example, the most successful listing agents always have a system for how they list and sale homes — from capturing leads to closing the deal. Everything successful people do involves a system.
3. Execute with passion
If you don’t get up with a goal and mindset that you will achieve that goal along with a plan (a system) and execute that plan, then you will fail. A real estate millionaire’s successful execution system is based on priorities and chunking.
On any given day, you can not have more than three priorities, and it’s OK to just have one.
Each priority must in some way be related to where you want to be in 30 days, and where you want to be in 30 days must be related to where you want to be in 12 months.
And to not become distracted from your priorities, always chunk or time block your time. For example, set aside 30 minutes at the end of the day to reply to emails in one sitting rather than scattering it throughout the day.
