Rabina makes Mass. purchase

Snags 2 brand-new industrial facilities

New York-based Rabina Properties purchased two distribution buildings in Auburn, Mass., for $38.5 million, brokerage Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. reported today.

The buildings, located at 26 and 28 Millbury St., comprise 667,000 square feet.

Liberty Properties of Boston sold the facilities, which include a 210,000-square-foot, build-to-suit facility for Interline Brands and a 457,000-square-foot building that serves as the main distribution hub for Filene's Basement.
