Focus on income-producing tasks

Real estate is a tedious business filled with many tasks; however, not every task generates income.

We should avoid getting into the habit of only focusing on busy work.

The reality is that we need to do great things; we need to stick to the top tasks that make us money.

When you wake up each day, ask yourself, “What can I do today that’s great?”

How can I make that difference?

Try this: Every day for the next week, create a “hit list” of the top three things you can do to make a difference in your business, and focus on those three things first.
