Holly Brink is the co-founder and chief operations officer of My Real Estate Company, where she also serves as managing broker across multiple states. She’s spent over 15 years in residential real estate—including more than six years as managing broker at two national brokerages—before co-founding MyRECo. In her dual role (and occasional CTO by night), Holly builds the systems and automations—from AI-powered compliance checks in Slack to Zapier workflows—that let agents focus on people, not paperwork. A lifelong writer and tech enthusiast, Holly crafts thought-leadership and training content on broker-exam prep and smart AI integrations. She also leads development of MyCortex™, the company’s ai-powered assistant for agents. Licensed in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois and Nebraska (with more states on deck for 2025), Holly is committed to equipping agents with the skills and tools they need to thrive.
