The new franchises add to the brand's presence across the globe in more than 400 offices in 49 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Canada and several other countries

The new location builds on Christie's existing Caribbean network, which has a presence in The Bahamas, British and US Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, St. Barthelemy and Turks & Caicos

The office will be led by a combination of new and existing managing partners at The Agency as the brokerage marks its 69th franchise

Christie's International Real Estate Caribbean Affiliates will serve as a 'network within a network,' establishing a central source for listings, market data, marketing and cooperation

The new franchise will operate in Bonaire, an island off the coast of Venezula. The expansion comes at a time when international growth represents a major bright spot for Keller Williams

Engel & Völkers St. Martin will service both St. Martin and St. Barth. The global luxury brokerage also plans to open additional shops in the region in the future
