Gahlord Dewald is a data-driven Web strategist focusing on platform-agnostic tools and techniques that allow his clients to optimize their conversion funnels through ongoing activities across the stages of the consumer life-cycle model. More simply stated: Gahlord observes what people do online using Web analytics packages. You know, bounce rate and page views and that sort of thing. He's done a lot of work mapping those numbers to business objectives like "generate more leads" or "sell more things" or "help people understand this better."
