Rob Barrett

Rob spent his early career in business consulting, having managed a national supply chain consulting practice at KPMG Consulting before being recruited to a Crosspoint Ventures-backed start-up , E2open, in 2001.  During his eight years at E2open, Rob held numerous management roles related to product management, and sales helping E2open established itself as the leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (Saas) supply chain applications.  Most recently, Rob was the VP of Sales & Business Development where he was instrumental in securing successful global deployments at companies such as Dell, IBM, Vodafone, and Boeing. 

As a passionate software developer and avid social media user Rob saw a need to redefine the way social media works at a local level, truly integrating local businesses with people in the community.   InnerCircle was born to better connect people with friends, neighbors, and local businesses to find and share expertise, advice, and recommendations.
