We are seeing homes under $300k moving the best. The months of homes for sale have dropped from 38 months in January 2008 to 12 months in August 2009. The higher priced homes are starting to move. Condominiums are still weak. Due to the apartment to condominium conversion complexes the prices are being pulled down (short sales - if and when they close and foreclosures).
