Mike Price has has been involved with technology and marketing solutions on the web since 1995. His primary focus has been the real estate industry. As the president of a regional Internet service provider based in Houston Texas, he was instrumental in the early “wiring” of a large number of real estate professionals providing just about every aspect of Internet based services from connectivity to web development, programming, hosting and more.

Price oversaw the development of a number of pioneering technologies including some of the first searchable listing databases, web marketing and advertising strategies. After the acquistion of the ISP In 1999 he served as CEO of one of the first real estate application service providers. The company developed a system that allowed brokers and agents to manage almost all transaction aspects from listing to close within a secure web browser front/back office platform.

In 1997 Mike helped his wife Laurie establish an international award winning provider of immersive virtual tours and photography. Laurie still operates the studio today creating stunning hotel and high end luxury residential imagery throughout the southwest. Thanks. I haven't had a chance to read all of the other submissions. It's fun to look into the future. In all seriousness though, I wanted to draw attention to how a semantic web and augmented reality will impact the future of real estate. The rest of any tech advance will seem underwhelming but will exist to improve the transaction. Finding a home in the future will be firmly centered on lifestyle and technology will make it easier to layer it over the process efficiently. Michael Price MLBroadcast & Zillow.Com

Download this PDF from photographer Andrew Kantor, it is the most comprehensive information regarding the topic you will be able to find. Most places that ask you to expose film or erase cards do so illegaly and they know it. I keep a copy of this with me when I go to shoot community tours etc. Its not a legal document but it outlines the laws as they apply to these issues. I had to do research on this extensively when my wife starting doing commercial photography work around 13 or 14 years ago. http://www.kantor.com/blog/Legal-Rights-of-Photographers.pdf Michael Price President MlBroadcast.Com Sitetraffic.Com
